% 24.07.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revisionist/petitioner submitted that the dispute has already been settled between the parties in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 28th March, 2024 which is on record. It is further submitted that in view of t he above mentioned settlement agreement, there is nothing left for further adjudication in the instant petition. It was prayed that the instant matter may be disposed of in light of the settlement agreement dated 28th March, 2024. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revisionist/petitioner as well as perused the settlement agreement dated 28th March, 2024.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant petition along with pending application(s) stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 28th March, 2024.
