% 11.08.2020 Ms. Jyoti Batra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition seeking parole, with liberty to first apply to the jail administration for the same relief.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to add that if the parole application is rejected by the jail administration, the petitioner may adopt his legal remedies, in accordance with law.
