When it was pointed out to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the contentions raised by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition can be raised before the Adjudicating Authority.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Adjudicating Authority raising the same contentions as has been raised in the present Writ Petition.
