Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have issued a fresh demand dated 31.08.2020. He submits that the direction was to recalculate the demand which would have resulted in downscaling of the demand, however, respondents have now enhanced the demand. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to impugn the fresh demand raised by letter dated 31.08.2020 in accordance with law. 3.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 4.
