This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"1.

Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction by giving direction to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to declare the petitioner as permanent PGT teacher or Vice-Principal. 2.

Direct the respondent no. 3 to recall the Show Cause Notice and not to harass, humiliate, mental torture and compel to resign or take VRS to the petitioner.

Pass any other or further as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against respondents in the interest of justice. " 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner candidly submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, Petitioner has been terminated in the month of October, 2023 and that the Petitioner has already challenge the termination before the Delhi School Tribunal. 3.
