O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorised construction and misuse carried out at ground floor of property No. 283, land measuring 90 Sq. Yds. situated at Hotel Garib Nawaz, Basti Hazarat Nizamuddin, New Delhi-110013.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that although the sealing action qua the property in question was initiated in the year 2017 itself, follow up action has not been taken so far, despite the fact that various show cause notices have also been sent to the owner/occupants of the unauthorised shop/s in the ground floor of the property in question. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent/MCD submits that the requisite sealing action in respect of the ground floor of the aforesaid property shall be taken today itself and the concerned shops shall be sealed. The above statement is taken on record.
