CM APPL Nos. 27180-82/2019 This CM(M) 725/2019 was disposed of vide order dated 22.05.2019. Two issues were raised in the petition viz. a) the notice issued to respondents No.1 to 8 on the applications of the petitioner despite the fact they are proceeded ex-parte was illegal. This fact is decided in favour of the petitioner herein vide the order under modification; and b) qua the issue of construction of a wall in the premises of the petitioner, as settled between the petitioner and respondent no.9.

The application under Section 151 CPC qua the permission of the Court to construct the said wall is still pending before the learned

Trial Court, hence no further action is required from this Court. In the circumstances the applications stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
