% 25.04.2024 In paragraph No.2 of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has stated that the present Writ Petition is a Public Interest Litigation. In view of the above, this Court cannot entertain the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed along with pending applications. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation raising the same contentions as has been raised by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
