The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(i) Allow the present petition of the petitioner and quash the FIR No. 11/02/2020 dated 18.11.2020 registered under section 498A/406/34 IPC with Police Station: Binda Pur (ANNEXURE-P-1); (ii) Quash all further and consequential criminal proceedings arisen out the aforesaid FIR;
(iii) Any other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with a complete set of documents.
