% 20.05.2019 Mr. Kamal Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this habeas corpus petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. However, it is directed that Ms. Anshu Kashyap, the minor girl be restored to the care and protection of her mother, Ms. Anita, who is present in person in Court today, forthwith.

A copy of this Order be given dasti under signature of Court Master to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. A copy thereof, be also transmitted to the concerned Child Welfare Committee for information and compliance.
