The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the applicant/ petitioner seeking early hearing of the instant writ petition. 2.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/ petitioner and having perused the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The writ petition is taken up for hearing, today itself. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

release the petitioner on furlough, for a period of three weeks, on medical grounds and reconnection of social ties.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the application has not yet been decided by the competent authority.

In these circumstances, let this petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner and the competent authority concerned, is directed to look into the allegations and pass an order as it deems appropriate, within 15 days under intimation to the petitioner herein. 8.

The order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent by the Registry.
