The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "a) Call for records an issue writ/direction/order in the nature of mandamus and de-freeze the Bank Accounts of the petitioner in the ICICI Bank, Janakpuri block C, C-1/4, New Delhi 110058 (IFSC Code:

ICIC0000378) bearing Account no.

037801006066."

The case of the Petitioner is that the aforesaid bank account was debit frozen pursuant to a cyber complaint registered in the State of Kerala in relation to a transaction of Rs.5,000/-, out of which an amount of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Rs.3,909.31/- was stated to be the disputed amount. The Petitioner claims that the said amount was received from a friend towards repayment of a friendly loan and that despite emails addressed to the concerned authorities seeking de-freezing of the account, no action had been taken by the Respondents. 4.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.4/ICICI Bank who appears on advance notice submits that the bank account of the Petitioner has already been de-frozen on 13.05.2026.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions, confirms the said position.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
