Writ Petition under Article 226 and 21 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner for directing the Police to register FIR under Section 307 IPC against the Accused persons and to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioner.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the Chargesheet has already been filed in the Court under Sections 341/34 IPC on 12.03.2025.

Once the Chargesheet has been filed, the Petitioners are at liberty to address arguments if any charges under Section 307 IPC are made out from the investigations carried out.

No further directions are required.
