The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by the respondent no.4 at property bearing no. 2/116, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi -110027 (hereinafter 'subject property'). 2.

Mr. Rohit Kathuria, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentMCD on advance notice, submits that the subject property has been booked and a Show Cause Notice has been issued on 8th May, 2026. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
