The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail in case FIR No.34/2019 registered at PS Special Cell, New Delhi. 2.

In view of the status report the wife of the petitioner is staying with her friend, namely, Glory Lwuneze who has been taking care of her and also accompanies her to the hospital, I find no ground to grant him interim bail. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 4.
