The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction the nature of mandamus directing an independent investigating agency to investigate the case in fair and impartial manner to protect the life and liberty of the injured victim and the witnesses. b) In the alternative this Hon'ble Court, be pleased to transfer the investigation to Police Officers different from the present investigation officers preferably in another police station so that he is not influenced by the Respondent No. 3 and 4 of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) Issue a necessary writ, order or direction so that proper investigation can be conducted against the delinquent officers who have tried to enlarge the accused without including appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code and have tried to enlarge the accused without naming him in the FIR registered."

Issue notice. Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State accepts notice. On instructions, he submits that the investigation in the matter has already been concluded and the police is in the process of filing of charge sheet against the respondent no.5.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no further orders are called for and he does not wish to press the present petition.
