Since the respondent no.2 has been granted regular bail during the pendency of the present petition, the present petition filed by the petitioner seeking to challenge the cancellation of the order granting him anticipatory bail dated 29.05.2018, in the considered opinion of this Court, has per se become infructuous.

By virtue of the present application under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks to initiate proceedings against the respondents for committing wilful perjury by intentionally making false averments/ statements/ declaration before this Court.
