The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27th April, 2026 and demolish the unauthorized portion of the building bearing no.3170-72, situated at Lal Darwaza, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi110006 ('subject property'). 3.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15th May, 2026, the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the civil suit filed by the petitioner bearing no. CS/SCJ/2493/2021.
