The present petition is filed under Article 226(2) of the Constitution of India and Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, inter alia praying as under: "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos. 1-3 to provide adequate protection to the Petitioner;
b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos. 1-3 to restrain Respondent Nos. 4-6 from committing any act of violence against the Petitioner, entering her place of residence or employment, threatening to confine her, attempting to communicate with her in any form, or causing violence to any person who has provided her assistance;"

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that on service of the present petition the police officers of the concerned police station have already been sensitized and the mobile number of beat officer of the area where the petitioner resides has already been given to the petitioner.

He submits that all possible security and protection would be provided to the petitioner in case she feels any threat to her life and liberty. He submits that in regard to the allegations in relation to the cognizable offence against the parents, an appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to take all further and appropriate actions as advised in relation to grievance against the parents including the civil remedy, in accordance with law. 6.
