The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:

"(i) Issue appropriate order or direction to the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to expeditiously conclude the pending divorce proceedings in HMA Petition No.627/2020 titled as Priyank Agrawal Vs. Silky Tayal (HMA Petition No.627/2020), pending under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within a fixed and time -bound schedule, preferably within a period of three months;

(ii) Direct the Respondent to extend full cooperation towards the expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings and further direct that no unnecessary adjournments be granted to either party except for compelling and unavoidable reasons;
