By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ or order or direction of or in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No's. 1 and 2 to forthwith identify the police officer who committed the criminal acts against the Petitioner on 01.03.2026 and initiate departmental inquiry against the said police officer; (ii) Issue a writ or order or direction of or in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No's. 1 and 2 to investigate the criminal acts against the Petitioner on 01.03.2026;

(iii) Issue a writ or order or direction of or in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No's. 1 to 3 to depute one or two senior officers of the rank of Inspector to act as a urgent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Commissioner of Police, Delhi with the present petition, which he submits will be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned ASC for the State, without adverting to the merits, fairly submits that till such time if required, the SHO/SJE (+91 7065036231)/ Beat Constable HC Shravan (+91 9870287908) PS: Safdarjung Enclave shall be available for his assistance.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.
