This is a joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908(CPC) for recording of compromise between the parties. The application is signed by the parties and also supported by the affidavits of the parties. The application is also signed by the counsels for the parties. This application is accordingly disposed of by taking on record the terms of the settlement.

Whatever amount is deposited by the appellants in this Court be released to the respondent nos.1 and 2 alongwith accrued interest as per the

terms of the present application. Parties will be bound by the terms of the present application and the respondent nos.1 and 2 will withdraw the suits which respondent nos.1 and 2 have filed against the appellants and as stated in the present application.

Accordingly this application is allowed and appeal is disposed of as per the terms stated in the present application. Parties will remain bound by the terms of the application. Appeal is not pressed as against the respondent nos.3 to 5.
