Mr. Madhav Khosla, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the intermediary, submits that the action has been taken pursuant to the application received from the Investigating Officer, Cyber Crime, Police Station Panchkula, Haryana (India).

In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the petitioner will have to approach the jurisdictional Court, where the material, essential or integral part of cause of action has arisen. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court.
