% 28.01.2016 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He seeks liberty to move the appropriate forum which is the Court before whom the present suit is pending. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this withdrawal has been necessitated especially in view of the order which has been passed by the Civil Judge on 10.11.2015.
