This petition has been premised on the submission of the petitioner that due to the vacancy in the post of President of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the application filed by the petitioner could not be listed for hearing before the Principal Bench of the learned NCLT. 2.

I am informed that now the term of the Acting President of the learned NCLT has been extended by a period of one month with effect from 05.08.2020.

As the learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed grave urgency in the hearing of the application before the learned NCLT, without

commenting on the same, the learned NCLT is requested to consider the request for early hearing of this application filed by the petitioner. 4.
