O R D E R

The limited grievance canvassed by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have not been supplied with the relied upon documents (RUDs) i.e. statement of Mr. Anil Aggarwal referred to in Para XI of the Show Cause Notice dated 22.12.2024 issued upon petitioner no.1 as well as referred to in some other show cause notice(s), by the respondent under Section 55 of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988 (hereinafter "PBPT Act").

Vide order dated 22.04.2025, learned counsel for the respondent took some time to take instruction as to whether the said statement / RUD can be provided to the petitioner or not.

Today, it is informed that the same shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. As such, the limited grievance of the petitioners as canvassed in the present petition stands redressed. 4.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent also informs that the sanction for prosecution under Section 55 of the PBPT Act has also been accorded. Needless to say, the petitioners would be entitled to take recourse thereto, if aggrieved thereby, in accordance with law. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition ; the same is accordingly disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
