The petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers:- "a) Set aside the impugned order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the Learned Additional Session Judge-02, E-Courts, Shahdara District, Karkardoooma Courts, Delhi in SC 230/2019 titled, State v. Manish and consequentially allow the Petitioner to reexamine/further cross-examine PW-4 Shiv Kumar in the interest of justice subject to any condition as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of Justice;
b) Pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the larger interest of Justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the issue of contradiction in the statements of the witnesses at the appropriate stage in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court.
