ASJ-03, Patiala House Court granting anticipatory bail to the Respondent No. 2 in a complaint u/s 498A/406/34 IPC; and B. Pass any such order[s] as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
