The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over a communication dated 14.05.2019 which records the decision, in unambiguous terms, that there is no hostile discrimination against the petitioner on account of him belonging to the Scheduled Caste Category. 2.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of such remedies as available in law. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is also disposed of.
