Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.175/2011 of PS Najafgarh for offences under Section 498A/406/313/34 IPC on the ground that they have compromised the disputes with respondent no.2. 3.

However, on being pointed out the nature of offence under Section 313 IPC, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of the petitioners present in court seeks permission to withdraw this petition and face trial. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
