By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0058/2019 dated 05.02.2019 registered at PS.: Vikaspuri, Delhi under Sections 420/406/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh with better particulars, particularly, a fresh compromise deed inter-se the parties.
