This is an application filed by the respondent seeking modification of the order dated 26.04.2024 to the extent that the respondent may be allowed to file additional documents before the learned Arbitrator. 2.

It is stated by Mr. Johri, learned counsel for the respondent that the present application has been necessitated to be filed as the petitioner has taken some new legal objections for the first time in its written synopsis. 3.

It is directed that the same shall be considered by the learned Sole Arbitrator and in case the learned Sole Arbitrator is of the view that some legal objections have been taken up for the first time in written submission of the petitioner, the respondent may be permitted to file additional documents, in response to the said legal objections (raised for the first time). If required, the petitioner may also file documents in response thereto. 4.

With consent of parties, it is further directed that the learned Sole Arbitrator may take 12 hearing in place of 10 hearings due to the documents The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
