% 22.05.2019 Petitioner is facing trial in a murder case. He seeks interim bail to enable him to appear for B.A. 3rd Year Examination. Petitioner had moved similar application before trial court which has been declined vide order of 20th April, 2019, wherein it is noticed that the examination in question had commenced on 21st April, 2019. By now, petitioner has already appeared for this examination on four occasions and has to now take this examination on 1st June, 2019 and 12th June, 2019. Since petitioner has already appeared for five papers of B.A. 3rd Year Examination, therefore it is deemed appropriate to permit petitioner to appear in remaining two papers as well while in custody. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is taken in custody to the examination centre late. The concerned Jail BAIL APPLN. 1167/2019

Superintendent is directed to ensure that petitioner reaches the venue of examination on 1st June, 2019 at 08:30 a.m. and on 12th June, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. sharp. The concerned Jail Superintendent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this application is accordingly disposed of.
