Present petition has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in pursuance to FIR No.307/2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 376,328, 354-D and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in view of Judgment dated 16.03.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Suo Moto Writ Petition (Civil) No.1/2020 and on the basis of the compromise between the parties dated 01.07.2020.
