Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the complaint, i.e. CC No.19358/2019, has been dismissed in default vide order dated 12th March, 2024 passed by the learned trial Court, Rouse Avenues, now, nothing survives in the present petition.

Taking the note of the dismissal of aforesaid complaint, I do not find any reason to keep the present petition pending. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in view of the order dated 12th March, 2023 passed by the learned trial Court in CC No.19358/2019.
