No. 616/2023, the proceedings under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) were kept in abeyance and the petitioners were permitted to appear before the learned Trial Court on 03.04.2024. The said petition was disposed of by order dated 21.03.2024.

The present petition was filed challenging the proceedings under Section 82 of the CrPC.

In view of the order dated 21.03.2024 passed in CRL. REV. P. 616/2023, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
