Issue notice. Mr. Abhinash Kumar Mishra, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Mr. V. Balaji, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of Directorate of Education. 2.
The petitioner, who retired as a primary teacher from the respondent - Guru Harkrishan Public School on 30.09.2018, seeks release of her terminal benefits in accordance with the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission ["CPC"].

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the relief sought by the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in Shikha Sharma v. 21.11.2024 in Kawaljit Singh v. Guru Harkrishan Public School & Ors., [W.P. (C) No. 15891/2024], both of which concern the same group of schools.

In view of the above, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the respondents will release the petitioner's terminal benefits, calculated in accordance with the recommendations of the 7th CPC, within a period of six months from today. As an interim measure, a sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- be released to the petitioner within four weeks from today. The balance dues will be released after the verification of the "due and drawn statement", enclosed by the petitioner as Annexure P-3 to the writ petition.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is accordingly disposed of with these directions.
