The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:
"[a] pass an order as to issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other writ, thereby quashing / modifying the aforementioned impugned award dated 05. 08. 2023 which has been passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi in L.I.R No: - 5283 / 2016 titled as Shri Mangal Dev versus Mis Ajitnath Alloys Private Limited.
[b] issue a declaration forthwith that the aforementioned passed impugned award against the petitioner/ management is illegal, invalid, and void- ab- initio.
[c] Issue rule nisi in terms of prayers (a) to (b) mentioned here in above.
[d] Summon the judicial record as to the impugned award dated
05. 08. 2023 which has been passed by learned Shri Mukesh Kumar, Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Rouse A venue Court Complex, New Delhi in L.I.R No: - 5283 / 2016 titled as Shri Mangal Dev versus Mis Ajitnath Alloys Private Limited. [e] award costs in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents.
