Criminal Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Varun Virmani for quashing the impugned Order dated 24.01.2025, passed by the Family Court Judge-02, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in MT No. 36/2021.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
