Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned ASC states that he has received telephonic instructions from the office of the respondent No.1/Registrar, Cooperative Societies (in short, 'ROC') to the effect that in view of the COVID-19 situation, permission has been granted to defer elections of the respondent No.2/Society for one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above submission, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the respondent No.1/ROC with his grievance against the respondent No. 2/Society. 3.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
