% 24.09.2018 CRL.M.A. 32823/2018 (by wife of appellant for abatement of appeal) This application has been filed by the wife of the appellant, who passed away on 27.06.2018 in his house. His Death Certificate is annexed to the application. It is the petitioner's case that the appeal has since abated. In view of the above, the case is disposed-off as abated. The learned counsel for the non-applicant submits that he would like to verify the factum of demise of the appellant. It is open to him to revert to the Court, should the Death Certificate be incorrect.
