The present application has been filed by the Applicant for impleading the Applicant as Respondent No. 4 in the petition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. REVIEW PET. 326/2025 4.

This is a review petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 and Section 151 of CPC seeking review of the order dated 22nd April, 2025 passed by this Court.

After some hearing, ld. Counsel for the Applicant/ Angad Singh submits that he would appear before the Town Vending Committee (hereinafter, 'TVC') and furnish all the documents in terms of the order dated 22nd April, 2025.

Accordingly, as observed in the said order dated 22nd April, 2025, the TVC shall take a final decision in this matter. The relevant portion of the directions passed in order dated 22nd April, 2025, is reiterated herein below: "14. Accordingly, in order to avoid any further confusion in this matter, the following directions are issued:

a. The Town Vending Committee (hereinafter, 'TVC') shall call the Petitioners and Sh. Angad Singh along with all the requisite documents to ascertain as to whether they were vending and if so, at what location.

b. After verifying the documents and credentials of all the three vendors, the TVC shall fix the site where they would be permitted to vend, so long as the same is not within the nonvending zone. c. On the basis of the conclusion which would be arrived at by the TVC, the Petitioners and Sh. Angad Singh shall be permitted to participate in the survey, if any, carried out by the TVC.

15. Registry is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the Petitioners and Sh. Angad Singh i.e. Petitioner in W.P.(C) 4806/2024 as also through ld. Counsel Mr. Satish Kumar Tripathi, who represented Sh. Angad Singh in the said writ petition.

16. The TVC, through its officer Mr. Krishan Kumar, shall hold a meeting with the Petitioners and Sh. Angad Singh on 07th May, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at the following address:

Thus, the TVC, through its officer Mr. Krishan Kumar, shall now hold a meeting with the Petitioners and Sh. Angad Singh on 26th May, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at the following address:

All the three parties shall ensure their presence at the above-mentioned address.

Review petition is disposed of in said terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
