% 17.08.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents to process his Pension Form without a Joint Bank Account with his spouse on account of certain domestic issues raised in the present Petition.

Matter was adjourned for today to enable the learned counsel for the Petitioner to address arguments on the maintainability of this Petition in this Court.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal as the Petitioner is amenable to the jurisdiction of the said Tribunal.
