% 13.08.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. The petitioner, who was formally employed of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, as chief accountant for over three decades, is aggrieved by the unauthorized construction being carried out by them at the property bearing Shop No.20, Main Market, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015. However, his personal grievances against his erstwhile employees would be best pursued before the appropriate forum and not in writ proceedings.

2. Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation states that it has already booked the property regarding unauthorized construction and appropriate measures would be taken in this regard.

3. In view of above, the petition is disposed-off.

4. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order
