% 15.05.2026 By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the summoning order dated 23.02.2018 passed by the Magistrate's Court in Complaint Case No. 26333/2017, and all consequential proceedings. Mr. Chirag Aneja, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions available to the petitioner before the Trial Court. The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
