The present petition under Sections 2(B), 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 17(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks the following prayers: "(a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged Contemnor/Respondents for willfully and deliberately disobeying the interim order of Ld. Sole Arbitrator vide order dated 15.05.2021 passed in the Arb. P. No. 769/2020;

(b) Grant cost of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner and against the Contemnors/Respondents; and (c) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
