Learned counsel for the petitioner/ tenant submits that the vacant, physical and peaceful possession of the subject premises has since been handed over the respondents/ landlords pursuant to the order passed by the learned Executing Court on 03.04.2025.

As such, the present petition in view of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008] has become infructuous as nothing remain therein. 3.
Therefore, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), stand disposed of.

that since the petitioner/ tenant has also not paid the user and occupation charges as well as the electricity dues in terms of the earlier order of this Court, he shall be initiating appropriate proceedings in accordance with law qua the aforesaid.
