% 20.02.2024 Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Complainant is not cooperating in quashing of FIR No.225/2019 dated 15.04.2019 registered under Sections 376/377/34 IPC at PS: Punjabi Bagh along with all proceedings emanating therefrom, having entered into a settlement. Learned ASC also raises an objection to the quashing looking at the seriousness of offences.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file once a settlement is again reached with the Complainant.

Present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
