Ms Deepali Gupta, who appears on behalf of the respondent, says that she would have no objection, if the delay is condoned. 4.

Mr Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, states that he has returned with instructions. Happily, he has received instructions not to press the appeal, having regard to the fact that the respondent/student has already graduated, and the subject circular dated 04.06.2020 was issued when COVID-19 was raging the city. 7.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.

Since we have not examined the matter on merits, the impugned judgment will not be treated as a precedent. The questions of law raised in the appeal are kept open.
