On 19.05.2025, the Predecessor Bench noted a submission on behalf of the counsel appearing for the appellant that they had received no instructions from the appellant despite sending intimation. On noting the submission, the counsel was discharged and Court notice was directed to be issued to the appellant.

As per the Office Noting, the notice issued to the appellant has remained unserved. In this regard, the report of the process server has been placed on record. As per the report, on reaching the aforesaid place, the process server met one Satender, who stated that since 2019 no such firm by the name of the appellant has been in existence at the said address. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
